A healthy Carp and Waino at the front line of this rotation will bolster the bullpen when they push one or two of those arms back. I wouldn't be shocked to see Looper head back to the 'pen. We shall ee how his start on Sunday develops. Mozeliak said he was MLB ready now but they wanted to get a few minor league games in. Look for him Friday to start for the big club.
